Shipping Policy

I try to be as much as possible environmentally responsible when packing and sending orders. I spend valuable time sourcing companies with similar values. 

Shipping rates are based upon current Royal Mail costs for smaller items, and larger items are sent with couriers.  

I take pride in knowing that I research and review my costs regularly to offer you the best possible rates.

Please note all items are handmade and at times it might take longer to source and make is customising. Please do email before purchasing footstools. 

 

UK delivery estimated within 5 days.  

Standard delivery starting from £2.00  

Due to the current Covid-19 epidemic delivery dates can be varied from area-to-area at times taking 2 weeks for items to arrive. 

Return & Exchange Policy

In the event that your purchase arrives damaged please email to discuss as soon as possible (within one day of receipt of goods). Please wrap in all original packaging and secure with more if required. 

 

Damaged items can be returned to me and you will be given a full refund minus the Postage & Package cost. 

 

*Unfortunately we do not accept returns based upon misjudgement or wrong item ordered.* Due to being a small business we could not afford to refund. 

All commission items are not available to be returned or refunded unless it has arrived faulty due to damage in transport. Refund will be given of item only and not including P&P. 

 

Lost items in the postal system

Each item is sent either sighed for tracking or proof of posting. Please email Stag and Grouse directly using the contact tab or email address to discuss. Please include photographic proof of damage within email.
