I try to be as much as possible environmentally responsible when packing and sending orders. I spend valuable time sourcing companies with similar values.
Shipping rates are based upon current Royal Mail costs for smaller items, and larger items are sent with couriers.
I take pride in knowing that I research and review my costs regularly to offer you the best possible rates

Return & Exchange Policy
In the event that your purchase arrives damaged please email to discuss as soon as possible.
All commission items are not available to be returned or refunded unless it has arrived faulty due to damage in transport. Refund will be given of item only and not including P&P.
Lost items in the postal system
Each item is sent either sighed for tracking or proof of posting. Please email Stag and Grouse directly using the contact tab or email address to discuss. Please include photographic proof of damage within email.
